Projects galore!

I thought I would try this blogging thing to keep everyone who is interested what is going on in McDonough!

I have been home by myself for several days this week, while it is normally boring I have actually gotten some projects done. I went this afternoon and quilted one of the older strip club quilts! Yea! I am making progress on the quilt top closet. I still have to bind it, but when I do, you all can see it.

I am going to work feverishly on quilting the next few weeks in preparation for my drive to Du Quoin in mid-October. My mom and I had a trunk show this past weekend with all of our sewing projects. It was great (at least it seems like it was)! I actually sold a quilt! I am super excited about it.

That's enough for now...I need to go work on some house cleaning.......
