Around the house

So David is back on reserve this month, and while I thought I wouldn't like it, he actually has been home this week! And that means we got projects done around our house. We are almost finished with our family room. We have rebuilt the hearth of our fireplace and the stair that leads to the family room from the kitchen. It has only taken the entire week to finish these two. We were hoping to get it finished much faster, but oh well. Now on to the other 1000+ projects that need to be done around the house.
